Please welcome our newest addition, the zero gravity Caswell Motion Leather. Caswell comes in a 3 seat sofa, a two seat love seat, a chair and a sectional. The operation buttons are cleverly hidden to the far right and far left seat cushion and Caswell comes in two leathers. The track arm gives a clean, transitional loos and also doesn't rob your width space if you choose to use several in a theatre room. Stop in soon, because if you think Caswell looks good on here, wait until you see it in person. Bassett King of Prussia Monday-Saturday 10-6 Sunday 12-5 610-337-1249

Bassett knows Dining. If you have ever browsed our website you know that we offer many styles, shapes, sizes and genres. Solid tops, end leaves, butterfly leaves, wood, fabric and leather chairs and counter stools. Lighting is paramount as are area rugs, wall art and paint colors to exemplify or nullify architectural likes ( and dislikes.) Function is necessary; so are durable fabrics if one chooses leather or upholstery and finally, don’t forget the fifth wall—the ceiling. Using a contrast color can literally elevate a lower ceiling or dramatize a high ceiling for even more visual impact. We know what we're doing and invite you to come in with dimensions and inspiration pics to make your Dining Room even more yours. JPClarey@BassettFurniture.Com

On this day, 1962 a birthday salute to U.S. President John F. Kennedy took place at Madison Square Garden, New York City. The highlight was Marilyn Monroe's rendition of "Happy Birthday". She wasn't standing over a steam vent but the performance was 'warm' to say the least. President Kennedy replied, after the performance with the remark, "Thank you. I can now retire from politics after having had 'Happy Birthday' sung to me in such a sweet, wholesome way." Odd the way that things can happen. My thoughts go out to the Kennedy clan today. Maybe the old adage 'the more the merrier' might fit. The lawns and gardens in Chester County, PA should look lush in a few days as the rains have been falling almost constantly. If you have a friend or family member in need, be their umbrella. You never know when you may need yours and find that you have left it in the closet. Oh, and if you are going to be an umbrella, be the best. Speaking of such,...

44 Luxury Furniture Brands That Are Interior Designer-Approved You'll find everything you need here. By Jessica Cherner Published: May 8, 2025 Bassett When Bassett was founded in 1902, most furniture designers were, for the most part, cabinet makers, and Bassett was no different. The early 20th century experienced a massive boom in growth, so there was an urgent need to supply furniture to all of the new houses, tenements, and more across the country. Now, you won’t find any cabinets with the Bassett stamp, but rather, an array of hand-crafted furniture that reflects the brand’s humble beginnings. Though highly traditional and without a lot of ornamentation, Bassett’s pieces are nostalgic in all the right ways, boasting a very subtle hint at Americana vibes.
