The September full moon, better known as the harvest moon, reaches peak illumination this weekend. But unlike most full moons, the harvest moon is famous for hanging around. For several nights in a row, it rises shortly after sunset, creating the impression that the moon is shining brightly night after night. That unusual timing is what makes the harvest moon one of the year's most anticipated skywatching events. Here at Bassett King of Prussia, customers can hunt and order their custom furniture by September 27th for motion/reclining items and October 4th for all other categories and receive it before Thanksgiving (as long as all fabrics, leather and components are available.) As consumer sentiment is focused on gathering with friends, family and entertaining this is an excellent opportunity to suggest a room refresh, highlighting the artisan story of our custom collections featured during the Anniversary sale.Ask about our Interest free Financing. As with most colors in color theory, the color blue has both positive and negative connections. With a sense of calm, relaxation, trust, loyalty and authority, the positive highlights convey a sense of honesty, commitment, serenity and peace. The negative effects of blue convey fragility, depression, predictability and even coldness. In design, the exact shade of blue you select will have a huge impact on how your designs are perceived. Light blues are often relaxed and calming. Bright blues can be energizing and refreshing. Dark blues, like navy, are excellent for corporate sites or designs where strength and reliability are important. Bassett has just introduced many new, durable and attractive fabrics for our upholstery lines as well as a soft, almost suede-like blue leather called Sophia which lends itself to both calming and dominant color palettes. By definition, “performance fabric” is a term used to describe upholstery specifically designed to stand up to everyday life. Performance fabrics have unique, durable finishes that make them stain-resistant, kid and pet-friendly, liquid-resistant, or a combination of the three. Ravioli are a type of stuffed pasta comprising a filling enveloped in thin pasta dough. They are served in broth or with a sauce and originated as a traditional food in Italian cuisine. Ravioli are commonly square, though other forms are also used, including circular and semi-circular. If you like both tasteful upholstered furnishings and Ravioli, then Bassett should be your first and only stop for quality home furnishings made of fabrics and leathers that outperform most of their contemporaries. Stop by our beautiful showroom and experience both indoor and outdoor furniture and accessories and make valid decisions that are both visually attractive and cat, people, Aunt Tilly and food friendly.
