Happy Autumn everyone! Here in Chester County the leaves are changing color and falling as they always do this time of year. The change in the air pretty much insists that we start getting ready for the Holidays. History and Holidays.

I may be the only one who tends to hit the rewind button this time of year, but I have a sneaking suspicion that I am not alone. I very recently learned that my only child/adopted Mom had an older brother three years her senior and probably never knew that he existed. Even more illuminating, he and his mother (who would have been my grandmother) lived less than ten minutes away from me in my twenties and early thirties. I wish that I could find photos because there's a good chance that I cut one or both of them off in the grocery store line or in busy traffic. Bassett Furniture has been around since 1902 and has kept with the times throughout its' history. Quality, variety and a strong reputation are the main part of our success.
